Alator Consulting - Registration

By accessing “Alator Consulting” (referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”) and the website https://www.alator.com, you agree to be bound by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our services.

When a new Client Account is registered, accounts with verifiable registration information will be activated by a site Administrator within 48 hours. There are two account types: Potential Client and Active Client. To begin registration, click the "I agree to these terms" button below. An account enables secure, private communication with our team.

Before registering, carefully review our Terms of Service, the Retainer Fee section, and our Privacy Policy. The Retainer Fee section explains the non‑refundable retainer required by Client Tier. After your account is activated, payment instructions and links will appear in your account. The retainer is applied toward the total cost of services and must be paid before consultants will discuss your case.

New accounts are initially classified as Potential Clients. After we discuss your needs and agree on required services, a corresponding contract will be signed; upon receipt of full payment the account will be upgraded to Active Client with full feature access and assignment to an agent.

You agree that “Alator Consulting” reserves the right to remove, edit, move, or close any discussion at our discretion. By using the site you consent to the storage of information you provide in our database. While we will not disclose your information to third parties without your consent, neither “Alator Consulting” nor its parent company "Alator Corporation", subsidiaries, or affiliates will be responsible for data loss or compromise resulting from hacking or from Client negligence (see our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy).
